I started doing health coaching and transitioned into life and mindset coaching when i realized how important this work was. I was taking courses and following mentors and the personal development changed my life. I started to find value in this work and realized it was my purpose to help show others how amazing it is. I knew i wanted to help people and If I can start a business that fulfills my soul and makes me financially free then im in love! I started connecting to the universe and started seeing synchronicitys everywhere. I finally stepped into what lit my soul up.
My instagram name Aligned.vibes.coaching is all about getting into that vibrational alignment where your energy is high and your doing what makes you happy. I like that name because its a constant reminder of my journey and where i want to stay.

My soul is so happy, my mind and body are happy. When you do this work you learn to love yourself and you learn all about your desires, you no longer put others needs before your own UNTIL your needs are met first. This is so important to me because I know it can change so many lives for the positive. There are so many depressed and anxious people who need this work. I know without a shadow of a doubt that everyone is capable of change and feeling these amazing feelings if they just get the right tools. I want to be that person to help others because i know how amazing it feels- ive done the work. I want to spread love and joy as much as I can and hopefully it domino effects and just keeps expanding.

I’m really excited to give back to the hardworking souls who extend their energy to others but who haven’t been able to do what they truly desire- only because they are so passionate about helping others - for example: the teachers and the nurses who we need, helping children and helping heal illness but stuck in that 9-5 corporate setting.

Im also so grateful to help beautiful souls realize their potential and just light them up in a way they havent felt before. Show them that when you love yourself first you can help so many others love themself as well. Creating a ripple effect of kindess and loving energy can create even more loving energy and from there the magic happens. IM grateful to help even just one soul. I know without a shadow of a doubt that everyone is capable of greatness. I want to spread this around and change the world for the better. I want people to feel joy and know that its the state of being we should always be in.
